I was surprised to find one of my recent reviews actually deleted. I think it is fair to address the ideological content of an animation but apparently NG mods don't think so. This is the worthless text in question, and here is my review:

I wasn't that impressed with the animation which, together with the (stale) music, is geared at exciting cheap emotions from tasteless viewers. Another production of dogmatic cliches. I am surprised that this animation has performed so well, particularly in an environment that appears so hostile to what I could loosely call spiritual values. I think that in this light, the video's success is indicative of the generally confused ideological investment that users tend to make in the NG project.

I do consider that one of my harsher reviews but I thought it was fitting for such an abominably tasteless waste of bandwidth. Users who like the animation are, simply put, philistines: easily manipulated by cliches and ill-conceived cheese. As for the mods, perhaps they were also taken in; either way, addressing the obviously sentimental weaknesses of the animation is, I think, a completely fair approach.
